Great News! To further improve our production capabilities we have commissioned a new High speed, Ultra Accurate Press Punch.

The Rainer Lux 12.20 will punch and form to an accuracy of ±0.04mm and at speeds up to 7 punches per second.

This, along with our other sheet metalworking machinery will enable us to maintain our well know high standards whilst at the same time keeping us competitive in this ever changing world.

With our very high accuracy CNC machinery, our Sheet Metalwork department can swiftly turn your designs into precise, beautifully finished products or components.

Our staff of skilled programmers are equally happy to accept traditional drawings, sketches and notes or just the requirements of the project, making it simple to get through the often difficult step from the idea to the working prototype.

Our production staff are used to producing the highest quality products whilst meeting important schedules.

The department boasts a wide diversity of machinery and tooling including:

Highly automated punching machines with a vast array of “Standard” tooling.

Extensive CNC and manual bending forming and shaping machines.

Almost every welding technology in existence.

Surface finishing and de-burring equipment.

Surface coating including powder Coating.

The department is highly competent working in steel, plated steel, stainless steel, spring steel, aluminium, brass, copper, titanium, and many kinds of sheet plastic.

With a wealth of experience and decades of background in producing items destined to be used in the fields of electrical and electronic products the department is uniquely capable of understanding the requirements demanded by these industries.
